In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "te777," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to te777.org and the legal entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at https://te777.org.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active te777 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a te777 account, you agree to provide:

You represent and warrant that:

• All funds deposited to te777 are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• The payment account used for deposits is registered in your name and is not borrowed, shared, or held on behalf of any third party.
• You will not attempt a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute on any genuine te777 deposit transaction.

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. te777 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations arising from financial fraud on the platform.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the te777 cashier and vary by payment method. te777 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to players.

Withdrawals from te777 are processed to the verified payment method registered on the player's account. te777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used for deposit, or accounts held in a name other than the verified KYC name on the te777 account.

te777 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits on player accounts. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier and vary by player VIP tier. te777 may also impose enhanced due diligence procedures for large or unusual withdrawal requests, including requests for additional documentation.

te777 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and referral bonuses. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all te777 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Each player is eligible to claim each promotion once only, per household, per device, and per payment method.
2. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.

Published RTP percentages are based on long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session. The house edge is an inherent mathematical feature of casino games, and te777 does not guarantee winnings to any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, te777 will void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. te777's decision regarding malfunction resolution is final. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on te777 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one te777 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using te777 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with te777's games or systems.
• Colluding with other players or te777 staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of game manipulation.
• Laundering money or processing the proceeds of unlawful activity through te777.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage without reporting them to te777 immediately.
• Attempting to circumvent te777's security, anti-fraud, or responsible gaming systems.
• Using te777's platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with te777 staff or other players.

te777 is committed to responsible gaming and recognises that, for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, the player is automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month.
• Reality Check Reminders: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net balance movement.

te777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by te777.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against te777 by the player or the player's financial institution.
• Regulatory requirements or instruction from PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Identification of the player as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject of sanctions listing.

Upon account closure for cause, te777 may withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately the player's own deposited funds and are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms or applicable law, te777 will return such funds via the original deposit method.

A player may voluntarily close their te777 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible Real Money Balance will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal method after KYC confirmation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, te777 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or gaming winnings arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from your use of te777.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access by third parties due to the player's negligence.
• Decisions of game outcomes where the RNG has functioned correctly.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the te777 platform that does not constitute a guarantee of gaming outcomes.

Where Philippine law does not permit certain limitation or exclusion of liability, te777's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit te777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by te777's negligence.

te777's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by the player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content on the te777 platform — including but not limited to the te777 brand name, logo, game titles, graphic assets, software, interface design, and written content — is the property of te777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the te777 platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any te777 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any te777 software.
• Using te777's brand name or logo in any commercial context without authorisation.
• Scraping or automated collection of data from the te777 platform.

te777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at te777.org/privacy-policy and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By registering a te777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by te777, subject to retention requirements under applicable law. Data deletion requests made during an active account will result in account closure. Submit data subject requests to [email protected].

The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the amendment notice. Your continued use of te777 after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your te777 account and withdraw any eligible balance before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended) and PAGCOR's Online Gaming Regulations.
• Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended).
• Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

• The Civil Code of the Philippines and applicable provisions of the Revised Penal Code.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or your use of te777, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Philippine Mediation Center. Unresolved disputes thereafter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
